By booking a lesson, you hereby agree to the below terms.

Lesson Payments:

Payments must be made no less than 48 hours BEFORE the lesson.  Payments can be made via bank transfer using the bank details below or via the Total Drive App (payment via the app incurs a small fee). If lessons are not paid for 48 hours before the day of the lesson, the lesson will be offered to other pupils and you MAY forfeit your lesson. If paying by bank transfer, please add your NAME as a reference. If paying by cash (on prior agreement only), payments must be made at the START of the lesson. Lessons will not commence without payment. Cheques are NOT accepted.

Amendments and Cancellations:

I reserve the right to cancel/amend your driving lessons if it is not possible to keep the appointed lesson time due to mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or immovable traffic. 

At least 48 hours notice is required to be given to the instructor by the pupil to cancel a pre-booked driving lesson. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will lose the lesson fee and payment for the missed lesson will be required.

Tests:

Payment for sitting your practical test is paid directly to the DVSA; however, this does not include the use of the tuition vehicle. Therefore, payment for the use of the vehicle during the test must be made no less than 72 hours (3 days) before the test (bank payment preferred). The use of the vehicle for the test is £90 for a 2.5-hour duration. This includes a lesson before the test (60 mins), the test itself (up to 60 mins) and the time taken to drop the learner off at the end (30 mins).

Refunds:

Full refund on unused hours if cancelled no less than 48 hours before lesson.

I will refund all your unused hours. No hidden charges. No messing around. excludes Test Days so are non-refundable in part or full if no fault of mine in providing my car as agreed.
